Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved and will only be authorized for items purchased directly from Roof Buck. Items submitted for return must be received by Roof Buck within 30 days of the original purchase date, must be in new condition, must include original invoice, must include RMA number, and must include all components. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on returned items. Any credit on returned items will only include the original purchase price of the item, excludes taxes, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any return credits. A 3% processing fee applies to any refunds from credit card purchases. Please complete the contact form above to apply for a Return Materials Authorization number.
